Stainless Steel Aeration/Oxygen CO2 Diffusion Stone Micro Sparger for Microalgae Cultivation
Micro-diffuser for Microalgae Cultivation, Photobioreactors & sintered sparger for microalgae cultivation is used in laboratories for growing algae.
HENGKO's high-efficiency stainless steel micro-diffuser for the production of algal biomass consists of a sparger pipe and a porous frit made of stainless steel. The application can be particularly found in the fermentation of sensitive cells and in culture media that barely foam.
Stainless steel aeration/oxygen co2 diffusion stone micro sparger for Microalgae Cultivation
In bioreactors, optimal mass transfer of gases like oxygen or carbon dioxide is difficult to accomplish. HENGKO stainless steel aeration air stone greatly increases mass transfer rates. The introduction of gases into stirred or unstirred reactor vessels via millions of tiny bubbles increases the gas-to-liquid contact areas allowing for optimal mass transfer rates. Wastewater is pumped to the bioreactor, and the biomass working together with the oxygen fed by the diffusers in the bioreactor completes the biological decomposition. The aeration block consists of air diffusers stone used to create medium size bubbles that shake the membranes and scour the outside of the flat sheet membranes, removing accumulated debris.
