KF flanges are ISO-standardized vacuum fittings that provide a vacuum seal by compressing a rubber O-ring between two mating surfaces. Also referred to as NW, QF, or DN flanges, KF flanges are ideal for quickly assembling vacuum systems thanks to their ease of use, maintenance, and reusability.
KF25 Centering Rings Centering rings with stainless steel powder sintered filters or stainless steel sintered mesh are used to filter the vacuum flow and prevent objects from being sucked into the vacuum pump or helium detector. These O-rings are circular in cross-section and are designed for a variety of sealing applications. Rubber elastomeric O-rings are made of nitrile rubber (also known as NBR) for a variety of fluids and hydrocarbons.
