When we use the combustible gas alarm, sometimes the equipment will malfunction. Different faults are caused by different factors, and we can only find the correct way to solve them by finding the right reasons. Now, there are some normal faults and solutions as below sharing with you:
1）Display “Err”：
a.Check power connection is realiable and voltage is normal.
b.Check powder connection correctly
c.Repair or replace
2）Without output is not stable
a.Repair or replace
b.Replace new sensor
c.It is none of detector’s business
3）Failed to calibrate to be appointed concentration\
a.Replace sensor
1）The detector output is at Fault
a.Check the power supply and cabling
b.Return it to the factory
5) Slowly response time
a.Clean the instrument dust and keep the probe cleaned
b.Replace the sensor
c.Return to our company for repair
During the routine inspection and maintenance of the gas sensors, we should pay attention to the detection environment of the alarm devices in addition to the malfunction of the sensors. In the case of sulfur, it is better not to detect and use the gas sensors. Besides, the detector needs to be cleaned regularly to remove fine dust, make it's surface clean, and ensure its normal operation. In the process of using the instrument, you must ensure the stability of the power supply voltage, otherwise, the sensor will also malfunction.
