Sintered metal microporous filter element is a kind of sintered metal microporous filter element for filtering various materials and

separating micro-diameter particles, a microporous cylinder with a cone-table shape composed of a sintered metal microporous

filter cylinder wall. The sintered metal microporous filter element is cone-shaped, hollow inside, with a uniform wall thickness,

I. Stainless Steel Powder Sintered Cartridge

Introduction: Stainless steel powder sintered cartridge is made of stainless steel powder through mould pressing,

high-temperature sintering and overall moulding. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high-temperature

resistance, good corrosion resistance, uniform pore size distribution, good permeability, washable and regenerable, and

weldable machine mechanical processing.

By adjusting the size of powder particles and process conditions, porous metal sintered cartridges with a wide range

of filtration precision can be produced. Due to the many advantages of porous metal powder sintered materials, these

products are widely used in the recycling of catalysts, gas-liquid filtration and separation in the fields of the chemical

industry, medicine, beverage, food, metallurgy, petroleum, environmental protection fermentation, etc.; dust removal,

bacteria removal, oil mist removal of various gases and vapours; proper elimination, flame retarding, gas buffering, etc.

gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc. used in the environment. With various porosity (28%-50%), pore size (4um-160um) and filtration

precision (0.2um-100um), the pore channels are crisscrossed and resistant to high temperature and rapid cold and heat.

Anti-corrosion. Suitable for a variety of acids, alkalis and other corrosive media, stainless steel cartridges can resist general

acid and alkali and organic corrosion, which is especially suitable for sulfur-containing gas filtration. High strength and good

toughness. Suitable for high-pressure environments. Weldable, easy to load and unload. Stable pore shape, uniform distribution,

stable filtration performance. Good regeneration performance. After repeated cleaning after use, it can restore the filtration

performance to more than 90%. Material: 304 304L, 316, 316L.

II. Titanium rod cartridge

Titanium rod cartridge has beneficial properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high strength,

easy to guarantee filtration precision and easy to regenerate. Titanium cartridge is made of titanium powder by molding and

high temperature sintering, so the surface particles are not easy to fall off; the use of the question in the air can reach 500-600℃; 

it is suitable for the filtration of various corrosive media, such as: hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydroxide, seawater, aqua regia

and the filtration of chloride solutions such as iron, copper and sodium. It has excellent mechanical properties, can be cut, welded

and other machining, high pressure strength, its filtration accuracy is easy to ensure, even in high temperature and high pressure

work, the pore size will not be deformed. Its porosity can reach 35-45%, the pore size distribution is uniform and the dirt holding

capacity is large, and the regeneration method is simple and can be reused after regeneration.
