In 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Office of the Central Cyber Security and Informatization Committee jointly issued the "Digital Agriculture and Rural Development Plan (2019-2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), which clearly stated that by 2025, the development of digital agriculture and rural areas will be achieved. Important progress has strongly supported the implementation of the digital village strategy.
