SFB02 Stainless Steel Micron Diffusion Stone
HENGKO SFB02 stainless steel diffusion stone is widely used to diffuse oxygen into your beer keg for fermentation. Made of high-quality 316L stainless steel, the stainless steel diffusion stone has the characteristics of practicality, health, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and durability. 2-micron diffusion stone produces smaller & finer bubbles which can make the gas combines with liquid faster. Make draft beer, home brew soda, and other drinks more delicate, exquisite and fresh. It is the best choice for beer, soda, or coffee oxygenation, and carbonation.
Small bubbles transfer gases faster, more efficiently.
HENGKO diffusion stone introduce gases into liquids through thousands of tiny pores, creating bubbles far smaller andmore numerous than with drilled pipe and other spargingmethods. The result is greater gas/liquid contact area, which reduces the time and volume required to dissolve gas into liquid.
With thousands of pores over the surface, large volumes of gas can be passed with very high specific area. For example, with equal volumes of gas, 1mm bubbles would have 6.35 times more gas/liquid contact surface area than 6.35mm (1/4") bubbles.
All-metal construction lasts for years.
HENGKO carbonation stone are constructed entirely of metal, to provide long-lasting operation even in the midst of temperatures as high as 1450°F under oxidizing conditions. And for inert and corrosive media.
Simple, cost-effective, easy-to-install.
HENGKO carbonation stone typically consist of a porous metal element. The design is simple, without moving parts. Installation is easy, and requires no special tools. From single elements to manifolded systems, HENGKO carbonation stone are among the simplest, most affordable and most efficient gas/liquid contacting solutions available anywhere.
All sizes and configurations.
HENGKO carbonation stone are designed, manufactured and finishedat HENGKO. So if you need a non-standard size, or a special fitting, HENGKO has the capability to accommodate your

How To Use This Aeration Stone On Keg Lid ?
1. You need a couple of feet of 1/4" hose
2. Attach the hose's end to the end of the dip tube inside of the keg lid, and the other end to the stone
3.Make sure you attach hose clamps to both connections, set your regulator to about 2 psi, and the gas will be forced through the millions of tiny pores in the stone
4.The bubbles rise through the beer creating so much surface area contact between gas and liquid that the absorption rate is very rapid.Carbonate your beer overnight
